Whether you would like an alteration to one of our current designs or something entirely one-of-a-kind, we would be delighted to accommodate your needs. We can create something unique for you through a consultation process, discussing ideas and providing drawings until you are happy with the design. We are also delighted to bring your design ideas to life from your own sketches or to transform your materials and gemstones into something new and wonderful.

Custom work is charged fairly, with minor alterations to our designs such as a different chain or ear wire being included in the price (plus any extra materials cost). Bespoke pieces are very reasonably priced with no charge for design work until you are entirely satisfied, and then a 50% deposit is taken before we begin crafting your piece.

While the process is very rewarding, making a perfect piece of jewellery personal to you takes time. The design process of collaborating with you on practical elements and style choices, drawing designs and tweaking can take several weeks before we even get to the bench!

Changes during the creation of your jewellery, sourcing materials, and hallmarking can also add a lot of extra time, hallmarking alone can take up to three weeks! For this reason, we recommend that if your jewellery is needed for a special date you get in touch at least two months before to avoid disappointment.
