Absolutely! We welcome personal touches and are happy to discuss any changes or custom work.
We are a small studio jewellers and don't have a physical shop front but you are welcome to visit by appointment to see a selection of work or discuss a commission.
No, none of the precious metals and alloys we use contain nickel.
Absolutely! We're always delighted to reuse, repurpose, remake and upcycle!
You can purchase a handy cardboard ring sizer from us. If you decide to go on to buy a piece of jewellery from us then the cost of the ring sizer will be deducted from your jewellery price.
Alternatively, head in to a high street jeweller and they will be able to help you.
Bear in mind that if you are looking for a ring with a wider than average band then it may be advisable to add an extra size to achieve a comfortable fit.

If you are able to take one of the recipient's ring to a high street jeweller, they will be able to measure the size for you. If you can't take the ring to a jeweller then an alternative method is to measure across the inner diameter of the band which we can convert to a size. This method is not very exact so it is definitely preferable to have a ring sized at a jewellers if at all possible!
Bear in mind that the width of the band will affect the fit. If ordering a ring significantly wider or narrower than the one you measured then it may be advisable to step up or down a size respectively.

Our one-off jewellery pieces will posted within 3 business days wherever possible, despatched by Royal Mail 1st class or special delivery. International orders can take 5-10 business days for delivery or sometimes longer. Please see our Shipping information for more details.
Made to order and customised pieces can take up to 3 weeks and the despatch time will be noted on the individual item page.
Commission work timeframes will be dependant on the complexity of the piece requested. Visit our commissions page for more information.
If you are not entirely satisfied you can return your jewellery within 30 days in its original unworn condition (trying on is fine) of receiving for a full refund.
Stud and hook earrings and other piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return of customised or bespoke pieces may be subject to a fee for alteration and re-stocking.
Commission pieces cannot be returned for refund.
If there is a fault or defect with your jewellery you can return within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
Postage will not be refunded unless there is a fault or defect with your jewellery.
All of our jewellery is covered by our guarantee that entitles you to free repairs should the need arise for a period of 3 years from purchase.
